The Senior Consultant applies in-depth knowledge of functional/business area and/or specific applications to identify, customize and implement appropriate applications/solutions (e.g., H. R information systems, Enterprise. Resource and planning systems, manufacturing/supply chain) for external clients. They will also analyzes client needs and participates in design of business process requirements. They will translate business requirements into off-the-shelf and customization specifications. They will test, document and train client personnel on functional/business applications software. We are in need of a very experienced and/or qualified professional as this role will require in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in their own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines. They will demonstrate mastery of concepts and procedures in a specialism and solve complex problems. The Senior Consultant will work independently, and receive minimal guidance. They may lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives. They will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Responsibilities 

  • Managing projects for the successful implementation of assigned products at client sites 

  • Providing pre-installation assessment, business and systems analysis, scheduling of hardware and software installation, and post-installation implementation assessment 

  • Owning overall success and client satisfaction with Integration Services projects and management of problem resolution 

  • Sharing feedback from clients to the Product team and Developers to improve service and products 

  • Mentoring Product Management and Product Marketing, and being significantly involved in the pre-sales process 

Requirements 

  • Be able to communicate well with Product and Development teams 

  • Have the ability to work well with others and discuss technical issues with clients 

  • Be able to be self-directed and task-oriented 

  • Have great time management skills to meet frequent and possibly conflicting deadlines and work schedules 

  • Display exceptional collaborative and team skills 

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including solid written, verbal, and presentation skills 

  • Be able to interact with ease at the executive level 

  • Demonstrate pro-active leadership skills 

  • Have excellent technical sales, consulting, or project management experience 

  • Have a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience 

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
