What Is This Opportunity?

We’re seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and play a key role in driving brand awareness, reputation and pipeline for Eleos Health. Reporting to the Director of Brand and Content, this role will be responsible for creating high-value, engaging content that supports our company narrative, sets us apart from competitors and helps meet our business objectives. 

This is also an AI-native role. You will build and operate agentic workflows that automate repeatable tasks, accelerate content production, refine operations and surface insights, using Claude and complementary AI tools as core parts of your daily operating system.

You have 7+ years of experience and deep expertise in creating high-quality content and leveraging it at every stage of the funnel. You bring high-level organizational and communication skills, and you have a natural knack for compelling storytelling. You’re measurement-driven and adept at working across teams. 

You’re experienced in healthcare and technology, and you’re excited to work in a mission-driven organization. 

How Will You Contribute?

As a Content Marketing Manager at Eleos Health, you will:

  • Conceptualize, write and edit marketing content, such as blog posts, articles, guides, ebooks, social media content, emails, newsletters, website copy, FAQs and video scripts
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts, clients and industry thought leaders 
  • Create compelling customer evidence, including case studies, testimonials and videos
  • Collaborate with Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales and other teams to identify gaps and ensure the content needs of the organization are met
  • Manage our social media channels, including maintaining a social calendar and scheduling content
  • Support SEO/AEO/GEO efforts, including by optimizing content for visibility
  • Develop content for speaking sessions and webinars, in close collaboration with the Lifecycle Marketing team
  • Support the Director of Brand and Content with earned media projects, as needed
  • Track relevant content performance metrics and make recommendations for optimization
  • Stay up to date on healthcare industry news and trends, as well as AI content capabilities and best practices

What Qualifications and Skills Will Help You Succeed?

  • 7+ years of content marketing experience with hands-on experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS/healthcare technology environment (major plus if you have experience in behavioral health, hospice or home health)
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and the forces and trends that shape it. Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with healthcare administrators, clinicians and staff. 
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices 
  • Experience writing for the web and using Wordpress
  • Strong research skills
  • Proficiency in AI, including experience using AI tools for content creation and optimization. Experience building agents is a major plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and excited about the mission of improving community-based care

This role offers:

  • The base pay range for this position is $120,000-140,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
