  • Stakeholders experience a partner who elevates messaging, improves efficiency, and strengthens storytelling impact.
  • AQ’s voice becomes more cohesive across owned, earned, and paid channels due to strong editorial oversight.
  • Content workflows become faster, clearer, and more repeatable, enabling higher output without sacrificing quality.
  • The organization experiences improved narrative alignment as this role ensures downstream execution matches upstream strategy.
Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharma, or regulated industries required.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, social, and long‑form content.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Experience using generative AI tools and building prompt libraries to accelerate research, analysis, drafting, repurposing, and establishing best practices.
  • Exceptional editing skills with mastery of grammar, SEO, and brand‑voice alignment.
  • Ability to produce high‑quality work quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate with design, product, sales, and thought leadership partners to bring messages to life visually and verbally.
  • A curious, proactive mindset, driven to continuously learn, innovate, and improve.
  • Comfort operating in an environment that requires adaptability, curiosity, and the ability to work through ambiguity.
Preferred Skills
