This role blends writing, editing, content strategy, and AI‑assisted production to support a high‑velocity marketing engine.

You will create, refine, and elevate content across digital, social, and long‑form formats, ensuring every deliverable aligns with Precision AQ’s brand voice and messaging standards. You’ll work closely with our Content Director, marketing team, internal subject‑matter experts, and AI tools to produce polished, thoughtful B2B content that drives leads and strengthens brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use data, SME insights, and generative AI tools to produce high‑quality drafts for B2B content including blogs, ads, landing pages, emails, video scripts, social posts, and press releases.
  • Build and refine prompts, content templates, and repeatable workflows optimized for AQ’s brand language and message consistency.
  • Rapidly iterate and explore creative variations to support campaign experimentation, A/B testing, and channel‑specific optimization.
  • Support website content updates, product positioning, editorial calendar planning, and event and conference content.
  • Edit, refine, and elevate content generated by AI tools and internal SMEs, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with AQ’s brand standards.
  • Ensure all content meets Precision AQ’s brand voice, terminology standards, tone, and narrative expectations.
  • Translate complex healthcare, commercial/market access, and scientific subject matter into clear, compelling, and credible content.
  • Partner closely with design to ensure visual and verbal alignment across campaigns and assets.
  • Maintain a content quality bar, ensuring accuracy, brand language, grammar, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to understand content performance data and apply insights to improve future content.
  • Operate effectively in a fast‑moving environment with evolving inputs and priorities, maintaining clarity and momentum even when direction evolves or details are ambiguous.
What Success Looks Like
  • AI accelerates content development, while human expertise ensures the final product is strategic, polished, and on brand.
  • Every asset reflects consistent brand language and meets AQ’s quality standards.
  • Stakeholders experience a partner who elevates messaging, improves efficiency, and strengthens storytelling impact.
  • AQ’s voice becomes more cohesive across owned, earned, and paid channels due to strong editorial oversight.
  • Content workflows become faster, clearer, and more repeatable, enabling higher output without sacrificing quality.
  • The organization experiences improved narrative alignment as this role ensures downstream execution matches upstream strategy.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in copywriting, B2B content creation, or editorial roles.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharma, or regulated industries required.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, social, and long‑form content.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Experience using generative AI tools and building prompt libraries to accelerate research, analysis, drafting, repurposing, and establishing best practices.
  • Exceptional editing skills with mastery of grammar, SEO, and brand‑voice alignment.
  • Ability to produce high‑quality work quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate with design, product, sales, and thought leadership partners to bring messages to life visually and verbally.
  • A curious, proactive mindset, driven to continuously learn, innovate, and improve.
  • Comfort operating in an environment that requires adaptability, curiosity, and the ability to work through ambiguity.
Preferred Skills
  • Understanding of marketing funnel stages, campaign strategy, and multi‑channel content planning.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally in a remote‑first environment.
  • Experience creating or supporting short‑form video content.
