About the Role

The Senior Contracts Manager is a trusted legal partner to Sales and Customer Success teams independently managing a high volume of commercial agreements and leading OSV's more complex commercial and procurement transactions.

What You'll Do
  • Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements, including MSAs, SaaS/subscription and data processing agreements, SOWs, and NDAs, often working from third-party paper.
  • Independently resolve routine and moderately complex contract issues, escalating only novel or high-risk matters to Sr. Counsel.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Technology to align contract terms with OSV's business strategy and risk tolerance.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years negotiating commercial contracts, ideally supporting both sales and procurement in a BPaaS, SaaS, and/or technology (with services) company.
  • Strong experience with SaaS, BPaaS, professional services, software licensing, and data processing agreements, including work from customer/vendor paper.
  • Sound independent judgment, strong risk assessment skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of agreements with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree required; JD and/or LLM preferred.
