The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Copywriter to expand Everfit's voice, credibility, and cultural presence by shaping how we show up in the world—through language that connects with coaches, athletes, and the communities that move people. This role isn't about clever lines for their own sake or chasing trends. It's about building a clear, confident voice, creating narratives that scale, and making sure our words drive belief, belonging, and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Shape and evolve Everfit's voice—clear, confident, deeply human—across brand, product, and marketing surfaces
  • Translate strategy, insight, and product complexity into writing that's sharp, motivating, and easy to act on
  • Create messaging frameworks, narratives, and principles that scale across teams and channels
  • Own copy for key moments: launches, campaigns, product storytelling, lifecycle, and flagship brand initiatives
  • Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Product, Marketplace, and Partnerships to ensure words align with intent
  • Pressure-test ideas, help solve problems, and shape direction early alongside cross-functional teams
  • Lead by treating voice as a driver of clarity, belief, and momentum—knowing when to push for boldness and when restraint creates more impact

Ideally, You:
  • Have 5–8+ years of experience as a copywriter or senior copywriter, ideally in brand, product, or growth environments
  • Possess a portfolio that shows range, from big brand ideas to precise, functional product copy
  • Demonstrate strong instincts for voice, tone, and narrative, with judgment to know what not to say
  • Have experience collaborating cross-functionally with designers, strategists, and product teams
  • Are comfortable working in fast-moving environments where clarity matters more than perfection
  • Write with confidence, humanity, and intention—never overworked, never generic
  • Bring clear taste, a point of view, and interest in advocating for our audiences' ambitions through our brand
  • Care deeply about language and the role it plays in shaping culture and behavior
  • Can zoom out to shape narrative and zoom in to sweat the details
  • Want to help build a brand that people feel part of, not just marketed to

Why Join Everfit:
  • Help shape how millions of people discover and connect with fitness coaches
  • Work with autonomy and ownership on high-impact projects
  • Join a collaborative, global team with experience from leading tech and fitness companies
  • Enjoy competitive salary, equity, and performance bonuses
  • Build something meaningful that helps people live better, healthier lives

This position is based in San Francisco in a hybrid working environment. We offer competitive compensation, equity, benefits, and the opportunity to shape the future of a product used by people transforming lives every day.

If you're ready to build the future of fitness and wellness experiences, let's talk!
