About the Role

The Client Computing and Physical AI Group (CCG) is shaping the future of AI-enabled computing experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Customer Solutions Architect, Graphics & AI to drive customer adoption of Intel's graphics and AI technologies across next-generation client platforms.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customers and ecosystem partners, helping define, architect, validate, and optimize innovative graphics and AI solutions. You will work across hardware, firmware, software, and platform teams to translate customer requirements into scalable product solutions while influencing future technology roadmaps.

This position blends deep technical expertise, customer engagement, cross-functional leadership, and innovation to accelerate the deployment of Intel AI and graphics technologies.

What You’ll Do

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

 

• Be the center point of contact for technical collaborations with the customer and with various internal teams.
• Own end to end architecture of customer solution in alignment with product and IP architectures, and its translation to product requirements.
• Co define test vehicle and validation strategy, and collaboratively manage the execute schedule and resource negotiation.
• Drive technology tradeoff decisions ensuring customer needs are met, along with satisfying standards and specifications, and execution reality.
• Be the customer voice and collaborate heavily with internal execution teams and manage customer dashboards.
• Participate and contribute in identifying critical technology solutions for future product needs and influence roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience, OR a Master's degree in the same or related fields with 3+ years of industry experience.

The experience noted above must include experience in the following areas:

• Graphics hardware, software, architecture, or platform enablement.
• AI software technologies, including interaction between AI workloads and underlying hardware or compute platforms.
• Working directly with customers or ecosystem partners in a technical, architecture, engineering, or solution-development capacity.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Graphics/Compute/AI architecture and technologies
• SoC/system architecture and knowledge of specifications across HW, FW, SW and functional domains
• Experience in PC/board design, system thermals and PnP technologies is a big plus
• Expand cross-functional understanding across different PC subsystems
• Passion for new emerging technologies as in a hobbyist/gamer/creator/DIY/AI enthusiast.
• LLM/VLM/AI Agent applications, tool-use and agentic workflows
• Inference frameworks and adoption of AI tools
• Experience with GPU/NPU acceleration, media processing, video codec and system performance optimization

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $141,910.00-232,190.00 USD

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
