Position Overview
Our rapidly growing business is seeking a self-motivated National Customer Success Specialist. We require outstanding customer service, organizational and follow-through skills. We are seeking a team player with the ability to prioritize, solve customer issues independently and ensure timely processing of purchase order requisitions.
Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day needs of a portfolio of multi-million dollars accounts, including the processing of purchase order requisitions.

Track orders and follow through for customer.

Interact with sales managers, and distribution facilities regarding supply requirements.

Lead and Manage customer feedback and coordinate resolutions internally.

Embrace and exceed customer expectations.
Job Requirements

College degree or 3 years’ experience in business, customer service or account management experience

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and follow up skills, and robust attention to detail.

Results oriented and self-motivated with ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving techniques.

Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office required.
