THE ROLE

The Senior Director of AI Insights will lead our efforts in transforming data into actionable insights through the use of artificial intelligence. This leader will bridge the gap between advanced AI/ML capabilities and business strategy, ensuring that insights generated drive measurable impact across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of AI applications with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Strategic Leadership

  • Define the vision and roadmap for how AI-driven insights support organizational objectives.

  • Identify opportunities where AI can enhance decision-making, uncover trends, and create competitive advantage.

  • Partner with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with long-term business priorities and to define success metrics.

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, operations, and finance leaders to embed AI insights into decision-making.

  • Partner with IT and data engineering to ensure scalable, secure data pipelines and infrastructure while establishing best practices for model monitoring, testing, and lifecycle management.

  • Drive organizational adoption of AI tools and insights through storytelling, education, and stakeholder engagement while advocating for AI literacy across the organization.

  • Continuously improve models and strategies based on performance, adoption, and business outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements below represent knowledge, skill, and ability.

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science with a specific emphasis on AI utilization and implementation.

  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.

  • Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and data visualization.

  • Proven track record of applying AI insights to solve business challenges and drive results.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into business value.

  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and ethical AI best practices.

  • Seasoned self-starter who is eager to apply business learnings across a portfolio of clients and drive insights.

  • Ability to develop and own stakeholder relationships.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a consultative role.

  • Significant experience communicating complex ideas to non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and adding value.
