Our Purpose

At Fiddler, we understand the implications of AI and the impact that it has on human lives. Our company was born with the mission of building trust into AI. The rise of Generative AI and Agents has unlocked generalized intelligence but also widened the risk aperture and made it harder to ensure that AI applications are working well. Fiddler enables organizations to get ahead of these issues by helping deploy trustworthy, and transparent AI solutions.

Fiddler partners with AI-first organizations to help build a long-term framework for responsible AI practices, which, in turn, builds trust with their user base. AI Engineers, Data Science, and business teams use Fiddler AI to monitor, evaluate, secure, analyze, and improve their AI solutions to drive better outcomes. Our platform enables engineering teams and business stakeholders alike to understand the "what", “why”, and "how" behind AI outcomes.

Our Founders

Fiddler AI is founded by Krishna Gade (engineering leader at Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Microsoft) and Amit Paka (product leader at Microsoft, Samsung, Paypal and two-time founder). We are backed by Insight Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Lux Capital.

Build an AI-powered GTM Engineering Center

Build and lead a modern, efficient, AI-enabled demand center of excellence that scales with our enterprise growth. You will standardize planning, execution, and measurement across segments, and routes to market, and operationalize best practices from high-performing demand organizations.

  • Establish an experimentation culture with clear hypotheses, instrumented funnels, test design discipline, and documented learnings that become repeatable playbooks.

  • Embed AI across workflows to improve speed, targeting precision, personalization, and marketing productivity, while maintaining brand, privacy, and compliance standards.

Drive Digital Acquisition Excellence

Own global digital acquisition programs that build mindshare, drive qualified traffic, and accelerate new customer acquisition for an enterprise technical product.

  • Lead a multi-channel acquisition mix for awareness and acquisition

  • Build and manage a rigorous measurement framework to improve ROI, optimize spend allocation, and guide investment strategy. Use AI-driven insights to refine targeting, creative, and channel mix continuously.

Scale Campaign Enablement

Lead the team and systems that enable consistent, high-quality campaign execution at scale.

  • Establish standards for deliverability, accessibility, creative quality, messaging consistency, and engagement performance, with tight QA and instrumentation.

  • Build the foundation for a Journey Optimization capability that connects lifecycle, personalization, and experimentation across the customer experience, improving conversion and velocity through better tools, automation, and process consistency.

Own Team Development and Operations

Own planning, budget management, and performance reporting and build a high-performing team with deep skills in analytics, automation, and AI-enabled marketing.

  • Define KPIs and reporting cadences for executive stakeholders, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Hire, coach, and develop leaders across performance marketing, lifecycle, web/CRO, ABM orchestration, and marketing operations.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
  • 12+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management in B2B SaaS, ideally marketing to technical buyers in the enterprise (data, infra, developer platforms, security, or AI platforms).

  • Demonstrated success scaling a demand organization through best practices, experimentation, and automation to deliver measurable growth.

  • Expertise in sales-led and product-led enterprise motions and reporting on the metrics that matter

  • Strong analytical orientation - you build measurement systems, run disciplined experiments, and turn results into scalable playbooks.

  • Fluency in applying AI to marketing workflows (optimization, personalization, content operations, productivity), plus the judgment to deploy it responsibly.

  • Cross-functional influence with Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, and RevOps, and comfort operating with high accountability.

Skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Bonus Points

  • Experience building category-defining narratives in emerging technology spaces.

  • Strong technical storytelling instincts for complex products and skeptical buyers

What We Offer:

  • Opportunity to shape the market narrative and category strategy for AI Observability.

  • Strategic seat at the table, influencing product, sales, and company-wide direction.
