  • Partner with suppliers, engineering firms, and contract manufacturers to deliver high-quality devices at scale.
  • Develop and improve manufacturing diagnostics, calibration, production testing, factory automation, and traceability.
  • Lead root-cause investigations across hardware, firmware, manufacturing, cloud systems, suppliers, and field data.
  • Use artificial intelligence and automation to improve engineering productivity, technical decision-making, manufacturing readiness, and operational execution.
  • Mentor engineers and build organizational capability across Hello Heart’s device platform

  • Experience with connected device development, including hardware, firmware, connectivity, manufacturing validation, production readiness, and field performance.
  • Experience with engineering validation testing, design validation testing, production validation testing, production ramp, and sustaining engineering.
  • Experience working directly with contract manufacturers, suppliers, engineering partners, and manufacturing teams.
  • Strong program leadership, executive communication, and technical decision-making skills.
  • Experience building scalable device platforms, not just individual products.
  • Experience operating in regulated or quality-driven environments, preferably medical device, digital health, healthcare technology, or another high-reliability hardware category.
