About your role

Our Investor Services team is a core part of Juniper Square's Fund Administration business, responsible for delivering investor operations, AML compliance, and treasury services to private markets fund managers globally. As we grow into larger, more complex client engagements, we are building a senior layer of leadership capable of owning that scale.

We are seeking a Senior Director of Investor Services to serve as a senior operational leader within the Investor Services function. You will oversee a portfolio of Directors and their teams, own accountability for our largest and most strategically significant client relationships, and lead the organizational design work required to support the business through its next phase of growth. This is a genuine leadership position that requires equal parts vision and discipline, and the credibility to operate at the intersection of client, product, and operations at the highest level.

What you'll do
  • Own end-to-end accountability for Investor Services delivery across a portfolio of the firm's largest and most complex client relationships, including major enterprise engagements requiring white-glove coordination and executive-level partnership.

  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of Directors and their globally distributed organizations spanning investor onboarding, AML compliance, treasury operations, CRM administration, and investor portal delivery.

  • Design and execute the organizational structure, staffing model, and capability roadmap required to absorb significant new business volume without sacrificing service quality or team health.

  • Build and maintain a rigorous quality assurance framework across Investor Services — defining standards, audit mechanisms, and feedback loops that give leadership visibility into operational health and give clients confidence in our execution.

  • Own the strategic relationship with key enterprise clients, serving as an executive escalation point and a proactive thought partner on how Juniper Square can better serve their evolving needs.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Fund Accounting, Customer Success, Sales, and Compliance to ensure the operating model keeps pace with platform development and market commitments.

  • Lead workforce planning across a large, globally distributed organization — including headcount modeling, geographic footprint decisions, and succession planning for critical leadership roles.

  • Establish and own the KPI framework for Investor Services, translating operational data into insights that inform resourcing decisions, client conversations, and strategic planning at the executive level.

  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve automation, workflow efficiency, and controls — especially in high-volume, high-stakes areas like LP onboarding and capital event processing.

  • Represent Investor Services in firm-wide strategic discussions, contributing operational perspective and market intelligence to product, go-to-market, and leadership planning.

Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in investor services at a fund administrator

  • 10+ years of experience leading managers, including demonstrated experience building and scaling multi-tiered leadership organizations across geographies.

  • Deep operational expertise across the investor lifecycle — including LP onboarding, AML/KYC, capital activity, treasury workflows, CRM systems, and investor portal management.

  • Proven track record leading complex, high-stakes client engagements at an enterprise scale, including direct accountability for executive-level client relationships.

  • Experience owning organizational design — not just managing headcount, but building the structure, roles, and processes a growing business needs before it feels the pain of not having them.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and operate quality assurance programs that surface operational risk, drive accountability, and improve outcomes at scale.

  • Comfortable operating across private equity, venture capital, private credit, and real asset fund structures across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Strong executive presence with the communication skills to operate credibly with sophisticated clients, internal leadership, and distributed teams simultaneously.

  • Data-driven decision-maker with experience translating operational metrics into strategic action.

  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, build structure in a fast-moving environment, and hold a high standard without defaulting to rigidity.

At Juniper Square, we believe building a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture makes us a better company. If you think this job sounds like a fit, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the qualifications.
