About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

The Role

You own Legora's global events strategy and portfolio, from our flagship conference, to the company kickoff, to third-party tentpoles. You will define what a Legora event feels like, build the team and agencies to deliver at scale, and connect events to measurable brand and pipeline impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the vision, format, and end-to-end execution of Precedent, Legora's flagship customer conference. Grow attendance, sponsorship, and pipeline year over year, and build the playbook to scale it globally.

  • Own our annual company kickoff, the all-company moment that aligns and energizes the global team. Lead venue, production, agenda, and experience in partnership with the executive, communications, and operations teams.

  • Define Legora's presence at the industry's biggest third-party events — sponsorships, activations, speaking, and executive hosting. Negotiate placements and manage organizer relationships to maximize value and impact.

  • Design premium brand experiences — executive dinners, roundtables, launch moments, and regional field events worldwide. Set a consistent, elevated standard of hospitality across every market and touchpoint.

  • Own the global events budget and drive ROI accountability across the portfolio. Build the systems, processes, and vendor contracts that let events scale efficiently.

  • Select and manage agencies, production partners, and vendors to a high bar. Own sponsor and co-marketing relationships, ensuring mutual value and flawless execution.

  • Build, lead, and grow a global events team. Set the standard for craft, hospitality, and calm execution under live-event pressure.

  • Set the global events strategy and calendar with marketing, sales, product, and leadership. Define and report the metrics that matter — pipeline, engagement, brand lift, and efficiency — to the executive team. Integrate events with the broader marketing motion and own event risk, contingency, and crisis planning.

What You Bring

  • 12+ years in events, experiential, or field marketing, including owning a flagship or large-scale conference end to end.

  • 5+ years building and leading high-performing teams.

  • Proven success managing large, multi-market event budgets (seven figures+) with clear ROI accountability.

  • Deep experience managing agencies and vendors and negotiating sponsorships and contracts.

  • Strong strategic and commercial instincts — you connect events to brand, pipeline, and revenue.

  • Exceptional project management, impeccable taste, and a high bar for detail and hospitality.

  • Excellent executive stakeholder management, and willingness to travel globally around live events.

What’s In It For You
