We are looking for a Senior Director – Integrated and Campaign Product Marketing, AI Business Solutions to lead product marketing strategies for AI business solutions. This individual will play a critical role leading our marketing strategies, advertising, campaigns, releases, and more to drive awareness, engagement and revenue for our businesses. In this role, you will have a deep understanding of AI product and the product space, as well as creative and operational experiences to drive beautiful and effective programs.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing strategy: Lead our marketing strategies on how we launch and release our product to market and how we engage directly with our customers – from standalone release experiences to always-on integrated campaigns. Drive best-in-class marketing experiences across all channels and content types [messaging, social, web, video, email etc.] ensuring an integrated and differentiated experience that stands out in the AI space.
  • Brand, advertising and integrated campaigns: Lead the commercial business role in brand campaigns, as well as lead the development of always-on campaigns [social, ABM (account based marketing), lead gen] and programs that drive awareness, affinity, engagement and revenue.
  • Product releases: Align across the organization to determine the top features and product releases, partner cross-functionally to develop breakthrough release strategies that drive excitement from our key audiences [customers, analysts, press etc.] Develop a repeatable playbook on our release strategy, testing and new innovative approaches, formats and strategies.
  • Channel strategy: Partner with channel leads [media, email, social, web etc.] to develop channel specific strategies as well as how to best utilize each channel for releases and launches. Develop insights on performance and best practices – and use to educate and pivot our strategies moving forward.
  • Calendaring, prioritization and management: Own the ABS marketing calendar, ensuring all items are captured and resourced, items ship on time and to the right audiences. Partner with our leadership team and peer groups [E+E, E+D etc.] to share monthly and quarterly priorities and manage weekly and daily the release processes.
  • Measurement and Performance: Measure and optimize release, channel and program performance – use data as a key guide in all our decision making and marketing strategies.
  • Team Leader: Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing product marketers to achieve business objectives while developing and nurturing talent. Help to shape a team culture where everybody thrives.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 6+ years experience in sales, marketing, or business development experience 
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 8+ years experience in sales, marketing, or business development experience 
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years people management experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years people management experience.
  • 5+ years working with information technology (IT) solutions including end-user computing, security, cloud services, endpoint management, and artificial intelligence (A.I.), driving impactful outcomes with commercial customers and end users.
  • Experience shaping product roadmaps, lead go-to-market strategies, and drives sales and adoption initiatives that deliver value to commercial customers. 

Product Marketing M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $155,800 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $202,400 - $303,600 per year.
