Job Description
Armis is seeking a Senior Director, Global Field & Channel Marketing to lead the strategic design, orchestration, and execution of our go-to-market (GTM) efforts worldwide. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will be the primary architect connecting global programs and campaigns with localized execution across all theaters. You will lead a world-class team of regional and channel marketing experts to execute demand generation end-to-end, driving pipeline for the Armis Platform
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between global functional teams such as Product Marketing, Revenue and Growth Marketing, as well as Sales, Partner and BDR organizations. You will be responsible for a dual mandate: driving direct enterprise demand through sophisticated field marketing and scaling our scale through a robust, high-performance Channel Marketing ecosystem. You are a data-driven, growth-minded visionary who can balance high-level strategic planning with the operational rigor required to generate pipeline at scale across all market segments and the entire Armis portfolio.
What you will do…
Global Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, scale, and mentor a high-performing global organization of field and channel marketers. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and "one-team" collaboration across diverse time zones and cultures.
Integrated Channel Strategy: Own the global marketing strategy for our partner ecosystem (Distributors, VARs, GSIs, and Alliances). Design "to-partner" and "through-partner" programs that drive partner-originated pipeline and ensure brand consistency across the channel.
Theater Alignment & Capacity Planning: Partner closely with Global Sales and Channel leadership to align marketing investment with regional revenue targets. Define global capacity models to ensure field teams are equipped to hit pipeline goals.
Holistic Demand Orchestration: Oversee the localization and deployment of global campaigns, including paid media, ABM, nurture tracks, and high-touch executive events (EBCs, Roundtables), ensuring they are tailored to regional nuances while maintaining Armis’s global brand integrity.
Sales & SDR Synergy: Act as the primary marketing liaison to Global Business Development (BDR) and Sales leadership, ensuring seamless lead handoff, relevant content delivery, and consistent feedback loops to optimize funnel velocity.
Data-Driven Performance Management: Establish global KPIs and dashboards to monitor the contribution of field and channel activities to total pipeline and incremental revenue. Use data to pivot strategies and optimize ROI across different geographies.
Market Expansion & Advocacy: Identify and scale regional success stories, customer case studies, and advocacy programs to build global brand authority.
Strategic Executive Influence: Serve as a core member of the Marketing Executive team, providing the global "voice of the field" to inform annual strategic planning and product roadmap alignment.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure every deliverable and touchpoint along the customer and partner journey is aligned with Armis’s value proposition around Cyber Exposure Management and Asset Intelligence, remaining consistent with our core values and culture.
Qualifications
What we expect…
Experience: Minimum 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership, with at least 5 years managing global teams in a high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity environment.
Global Acumen: Proven track record of managing complex, multi-region marketing budgets and navigating the cultural and regulatory nuances of global markets.
Channel Mastery: Deep expertise in Channel Marketing and partner engagement models; you understand how to motivate partners and build scalable "marketing-in-a-box" solutions.
MarTech Fluency: Expert-level understanding of the modern marketing stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and Outreach, to drive a data-first culture.
Communication & Presence: Exceptional executive presence with the ability to command a room, whether presenting to the Board, keynoting a global partner summit, or motivating a remote regional team.
Strategic Execution: A "player-coach" who can move seamlessly from 30,000-foot strategy to the granular details of campaign execution and funnel optimization.
Education: BSC/MSC or MBA in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Domain Expertise: Prior experience in the Cybersecurity industry is preferred.
