  • Partner with client service and business development to support pitches and follow-on client work

  • Strategize, architect, and create approaches for scalable, tailored CDP implementations

  • Present and articulate subject matter expertise through compelling client presentations

  • Own or co-own SOW creation and commercial framing for AEP/RTCDP and CJA engagements; collaborate on multi-solution and multi-platform solutioning and scoping

  • Lead customer-facing workshops, demos, and hands-on labs, including AI capability showcases and proof-of-concept engagements.

  • Ensure continuity from solution through delivery

  • Own handoff protocols between pre-sales and delivery teams, maintaining solution integrity and client confidence through project kickoff

  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms and the modern data infrastructure, such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, etc.

  • Understanding of generative AI and agentic AI concepts, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, MCP integrations, and AI orchestration patterns - sufficient to advise clients and position solutions credibly.
