Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

At Marvell, we're redefining the infrastructure that powers the world's largest AI clusters and cloud datacenters.
The Cloud Optics organization sits at the epicenter of the industry's most transformative technology shift—the convergence of AI, accelerated computing, networking, and optical interconnects. Our team develops the industry's most advanced Silicon Photonics platforms, enabling the next generation of scale-up, scale-out, and scale-across architectures that are reshaping how hyperscalers and AI innovators build infrastructure.
From market-leading coherent pluggable optics and ZR/ZR+ solutions to breakthrough 3D Silicon Photonics engines and Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) platforms, Marvell is delivering the optical technologies that eliminate networking bottlenecks and unlock unprecedented AI cluster performance.
As Senior Director of Product Line Management, you will lead the business, strategy, and product vision for a portfolio of industry-defining photonics solutions that power the world's largest cloud and AI deployments.

What You Can Expect

This is a highly visible leadership role with direct influence on Marvell's photonics strategy, customer engagements, revenue growth, and future technology roadmap.

You will serve as the business leader responsible for defining where the market is going, how Marvell wins, and what products we build next.

Working across executive leadership, engineering, sales, marketing, ecosystem partners, and hyperscale customers, you will drive product strategy from concept through production ramp while helping shape the future of AI infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

Product Strategy & Business Leadership

  • Define and execute product line strategy for Marvell's Silicon Photonics, Co-Packaged Optics, and AI optical interconnect portfolio.
  • Develop compelling product visions and multi-generation roadmaps aligned with hyperscale cloud, AI networking, and datacenter infrastructure trends.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and create differentiated product plans that deliver sustainable competitive advantage.
  • Lead business planning activities including TAM, SAM, SOM analysis, customer segmentation, competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts.
  • Build executive-level business cases supporting investments in next-generation technologies and products.

Customer & Market Leadership

  • Engage directly with hyperscale cloud providers, AI infrastructure leaders, networking OEMs, and ecosystem partners.
  • Drive strategic design wins and revenue growth across existing product portfolios.
  • Establish trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and technical decision-makers within key customer accounts.
  • Translate evolving customer requirements into actionable product and technology strategies.
  • Represent Marvell at industry forums, executive briefings, customer meetings, and strategic partner engagements.

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Lead products through the entire lifecycle from concept, definition, and development to production ramp and long-term portfolio management.
  • Partner closely with engineering organizations to deliver highly differentiated optical interconnect solutions.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, sales, applications engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Monitor market adoption, competitive dynamics, and product performance to continuously optimize portfolio success.

Revenue & Ecosystem Growth

  • Develop and manage product line revenue growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain robust sales pipelines and design-win funnels.
  • Train and enable global sales and field application engineering teams.
  • Cultivate strategic technology partnerships and ecosystem alliances critical to product success.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing on product launches, thought leadership initiatives, press engagements, analyst interactions, and digital marketing campaigns.

Work at the Center of the AI Revolution

The explosive growth of AI is fundamentally changing datacenter architecture. As AI clusters scale from thousands to hundreds of thousands of accelerators, optical connectivity has become one of the most critical technologies in modern computing infrastructure.

At Marvell, you'll help define the networking and photonics technologies that enable the next generation of AI factories and cloud-scale systems.

Influence Industry-Defining Technologies

You will have direct visibility with executive leadership and play a central role in shaping technologies that impact the largest cloud and AI deployments in the world.
