The Senior Director, Product Management for Celeste is a pivotal role helping to drive change and innovation during a critical period of growth and transformation. You will be responsible for gathering and distributing information among various stakeholder groups to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment across the Celeste platform. As the subject matter expert in client meetings, the Senior Director will provide authoritative insights and guidance, playing a key role in Celeste’s strategic positioning during early sales conversations to set the stage for successful client engagements and market expansion. You will help drive Celeste’s strategic roadmap, act as the primary communicator with stakeholders, and foster a collaborative, boundaryless team environment focused on customer priorities.

What you will do:

  • Translate strategy into a cohesive platform roadmap across AI capabilities.
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy, business goals, go-to-market execution and client needs.
  • Serve as the main communicator with stakeholders, translating insights into product differentiation and roadmap prioritization.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, promoting teamwork and boundaryless leadership.
  • Champion customer issues, ensuring they are prioritized and addressed across the product lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility across product General Managers, Marketing, Product Marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Sales teams.
  • Deeply understand Celeste, its integration points, and how it interacts with other Intapp products and firm AI solutions.

What you will need:

  • Product management experience in B2B SaaS or AI platforms.
  • Track record of taking AI/ML products from concept to market adoption.
  • Proven experience in product management leadership within fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Previous start-up or founder experience is highly desired, demonstrating entrepreneurial drive and adaptability.
  • Track record of managing and developing product teams, especially in transformation-focused projects.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, integration points, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Technical fluency across AI/ML systems, LLMs, data platforms, APIs, integrations, enterprise architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
