Owns the Measurement and Audiences product portfolio, including strategy, roadmap, P&L, prioritization, team leadership, measurement methodologies, audience activation, platform integrations, and customer outcomes. Partners with Data Science, Engineering, Sales, Client Services, and external partners to develop scalable advertising measurement products. Leads market analysis, strategic initiatives, thought leadership, and privacy-safe attribution efforts while representing advertiser and agency needs.
Samba connects the advertising industry. Today, a trillion dollars of media flows through platforms that don’t talk to each other, and each one measures its own results. We built the independent alternative: consented first-party data and AI that give the world’s biggest advertisers, publishers, and platforms one clear view across all of it.
The next era of advertising will run on AI agents, and those agents will need data they can trust. We’re building that foundation, and the agents that act on it. Join us and help build what the industry runs on.
You own and drive our Measurement and Audiences portfolio, reporting to the Chief Product Officer and accountable for the full profit and loss (P&L) and strategic direction of products that let advertisers plan, activate, measure, and optimize campaigns across our platform. The portfolio sits at the intersection of data science, media execution, and business intelligence.
- Own Portfolio Strategy: Own the vision, roadmap, and business outcomes for Measurement and Audiences products, from reach and frequency and outcomes measurement to audience activation and platform integrations.
- Prioritize and Measure: Drive portfolio-level prioritization across features, infrastructure, partner integrations, and insights, and define success metrics spanning adoption, measurement accuracy, revenue impact, and efficiency.
- Lead the Team: Lead and develop a team of Product Owners and Managers, coaching on prioritization, data-driven decisions, and stakeholder influence, and building a high-performance culture.
- Partner Across Functions: Partner with Data Science and Engineering on statistically sound, scalable methodologies, with Sales and Client Services on advertiser needs, and with Business Development on third-party integrations.
- Oversee Strategic Initiatives: Oversee the function that turns customer insights, competitive analysis, and market research into product opportunities, deciding what warrants productization versus one-off solutions.
- Lead Externally: Drive thought leadership on measurement best practices, privacy-safe attribution, and audience strategy, and monitor industry shifts in attribution, incrementality testing, and privacy.
- Voice of the Customer: Serve as the voice of advertisers and agencies, ensuring products deliver accurate, timely insights that drive customer value and retention.
What You Bring
- 12+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading product teams in advertising technology, measurement, analytics, or audience platforms.
- Deep expertise in digital advertising measurement: reach and frequency metrics, attribution models, incrementality testing, brand lift studies, or audience analytics.
- A proven record of managing products as a business, with P&L accountability and clear ownership of revenue and customer outcomes.
- Strong analytical foundation: able to evaluate statistical methodologies, challenge assumptions, and explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing both platform products (audience activation, measurement dashboards) and strategic initiatives (insights, R&D, partnerships) in a highly matrixed environment across Sales, Engineering, Data Science, and external partners.
- Preferred: integrations with major ad platforms (Google, Meta, Amazon, The Trade Desk), turning strategic insights into scaled product features, and privacy-preserving measurement such as clean rooms.
- Preferred: experience in both business-to-business software-as-a-service (B2B SaaS) and media or advertising business models.
