Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive product management /managed care experience, including leadership of product portfolios and teams
- Extensive experience with Substance Use Disorder
- Experience working in regulated, multi-state healthcare environments
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
- Proven solid analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and drive measurable improvement
- Proven solid strategic, analytical, financial, and stakeholder leadership skills
