Job Summary

The Senior Director of Recruiting will play a critical role in advancing the company's growth by leading and optimizing recruitment strategy and execution across field hiring. Reporting to the VP of Recruiting, this leader will oversee day-to-day recruiting operations while driving strategic initiatives that enhance hiring efficiency, improve candidate quality, and support scalable workforce growth.

The Senior Director will partner closely with business leaders and regional teams to ensure recruiting efforts are aligned with operational needs, while building a high-performing recruiting function capable of supporting a dynamic, global organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Execution

  • Execute and refine recruitment strategies aligned with the company's business goals and growth plans.
  • Partner with the VP of Recruiting to support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.

Recruitment Operations

  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field hiring.
  • Ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality hiring across all regions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-fill.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed recruiting team (WA and OR).
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Support career development and succession planning within the recruiting function.

Technology & Process Optimization

  • Leverage recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools) to improve workflows and outcomes.
  • Utilize data and metrics to monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with business leaders and operational teams to align hiring priorities and timelines.
  • Support contract and RFP requirements by ensuring recruiting capabilities meet client expectations.

Employer Brand & Candidate Experience

  • Promote and strengthen company employer brand across all recruiting channels.
  • Enhance the candidate experience through consistent communication and efficient hiring processes.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR, including leadership responsibility.
  • Experience managing both corporate and high-volume field recruiting environments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and improve recruiting operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
  • Experience in industries such as security, staffing, logistics, or other labor-intensive environments preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with recruiting technologies and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to operational excellence.
