Get to Know Us

Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organizations to proactively find and fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. NodeZero has been adopted by organizations of all sizes, from small educational institutions to government agencies and Global 100 enterprises. It is used by ITOps/SecOps teams, consulting pentesters, and MSSPs and MSPs.

We are a fusion of former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and formerly frustrated cybersecurity practitioners. We're committed to helping solve our common security problems: ineffective security tools, false positives resulting in alert fatigue, blind spots, "checkbox” security culture, cybersecurity skills shortage, and the long lead time and expense of hiring outside consultants. Collectively, we are a team of learn it alls, committed to a culture of respect, collaboration, ownership, and results.

The Role

We’re looking for an Enablement Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our enablement function. This role sits at the intersection of Sales Enablement and RevOps, ensuring that our tools, processes, and sales motions are consistently executed across the field.

You will partner closely with our Global Sales Enablement leads to bring enablement strategy to life—driving adoption, improving deal execution, and building repeatable, scalable workflows for our sales teams.

This is a hands-on role focused on execution, systems, and impact—not just training or content creation.

What You’ll DoEnablement Execution & Program Management
  • Own the enablement calendar and coordinate rollout of key programs and initiatives

  • Ensure alignment across Sales, RevOps, and Enablement on priorities and execution

  • Drive consistency in how enablement shows up across SDR, Commercial, and Enterprise teams

Tools, Systems & Workflow Optimization
  • Own adoption and best practices across core GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Letter.ai, outreach tools)

  • Build and document playbooks for how tools are used within the sales process

  • Partner with RevOps to optimize workflows, pipeline hygiene, and stage progression

Sales Process & Deal Execution
  • Develop and reinforce repeatable sales motions and deal workflows

  • Support deal inspection and coaching frameworks in partnership with Sales leadership

  • Ensure the field is equipped to move deals efficiently from pipeline to close

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, RevOps, Enablement, and Technical teams

  • Identify gaps in process, tooling, or execution and drive improvements

  • Support field feedback loops to continuously refine enablement programs

What We’re Looking ForRequired
  • 4–7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, RevOps, Sales Operations, or a related role

  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and deal cycles

  • Experience owning or driving tool adoption and enablement (Salesforce, Gong, etc.)

  • Ability to translate strategy into practical, repeatable workflows

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders

  • Highly organized with strong program management and execution skills

  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflows in sales (e.g., conversational intelligence, automation tools)

  • Background in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments

Mindset & Working Style
  • Systems thinker who focuses on how work gets done, not just what gets built

  • Highly execution-oriented and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments

  • Obsessed with adoption, consistency, and rep productivity

  • Pragmatic and business-minded, with a focus on driving outcomes
