The Enterprise Sr. Account Executive is responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to closing business. This role is selling BlackLine's products to Are you ready to be more than just an Enterprise Account Executive? This is your chance to be a true pioneer and help shape BlackLine's success across the ASEAN region. In this exciting hybrid role based in Singapore, you'll target new enterprise customers while also developing and expanding our relationships with existing clients.
You'll join a world-class GTM team. We're looking for someone strategic, collaborative, and self-driven who thrives on the dual challenge of winning new business and becoming a trusted partner to our clients. You'll Get To:

  • Design and execute a strategic territory plan to penetrate new enterprise accounts across Singapore and the broader ASEAN region (targeting organisations with annual revenues greater than USD 750M);
  • Lead the full sales cycle for new business independently, from initial prospecting and discovery through to negotiation, procurement, and closing;
  • Manage, develop, and market BlackLine's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions to your assigned account list, balancing a hunter-farmer approach to win new logos and retain/grow existing clients;
  • Engage and act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Controllers, and VP/C-level executives, articulating a clear, value-driven return on investment beyond basic software features;
  • Build and lead virtual teams, orchestrating internal resources from Marketing, Business Development, Sales Operations, and Pre-Sales to deliver a world-class customer experience;
  • Develop a predictable sales pipeline from new business and account expansion, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.

What You'll Bring:

  • Extensive, proven track record of selling SaaS solutions in the ASEAN region, with a focus on navigating complex cycles in the Enterprise segment;
  • A strong understanding of financial close processes, accounting principles, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; candidates with experience selling complex financial technology solutions will have a strong foundation for success;
  • You are a self-driven "doer," with exceptional account planning skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
  • You are a natural collaborator, able to build meaningful relationships and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to move complex, multi-party deals forward;
  • A proven track record of engaging with C-level executives, with the ability to articulate a clear, concise, and compelling business value proposition;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different cultures across ASEAN to build trust and influence decisions;
  • This role requires a willingness to travel across ASEAN countries to meet prospects and clients as needed.
