About the Role

Intel's Networking Solutions Group is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Senior Product Manager to help define and drive the next generation of Ethernet networking products for cloud, enterprise, and communications service provider markets.

In this role, you will shape product strategy, influence technology roadmaps, and partner closely with engineering, architecture, sales, and marketing teams to deliver innovative networking solutions that address evolving customer and industry needs. You will serve as a key voice of the customer, translating market insights into differentiated products that strengthen Intel's leadership in networking and data center technologies.

This role offers the opportunity to drive business impact through product innovation, customer engagement, market analysis, and cross-functional leadership.

What You’ll Do

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Partner with architecture and engineering teams to establish next gen product requirements and guide future product investments.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements and convert them into clear product specifications and execution plans.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement activities to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential market disruptions.
  • Develop business cases, pricing strategies, cost models, and long-range revenue forecasts to support product decisions.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and ecosystem teams to define product positioning and support go-to-market execution.
  • Develop compelling customer-facing presentations, product collateral, and value propositions that accelerate customer adoption.
  • Build relationships with strategic customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to understand evolving networking requirements.
  • Represent Intel at industry forums, customer meetings, conferences, and standards activities.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to achieve product milestones throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of Industry experience
  • 10+ plus years of relevant industry experience in datacenters, servers, or Ethernet Networking
  • 10+ years of product management experience or technical management experience
  • 5+ years of networking protocols and data center system architectures
  • 5+ years developing product business value proposition

How to Stand out (Preferred Qualifications and Experience):

  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or advanced engineering degree
  • Familiarity with Cloud, Telco and Enterprise data center deployments with a focus on networking solutions
  • Experience with ASIC/SoC development cycles and vendor management.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and background in supply chain operations for silicon products

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $160,980.00-265,870.00 USD

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
