The Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support 3+ senior executives on a fast-moving leadership team, remote in the US. This is a strategic role, not just a calendar and travel management role. You will protect our executives' time, keep their commitments on track, and help them operate at the pace of a company that is changing how it works.

Our executives work across the US and Israel and engage with the board, hospital leaders, and pharma partners. Success means they spend their time on the decisions only they can make, and nothing slips.

You will partner closely with the other Executive Assistants and the People Team.

What You'll Own
  • Own complex, constantly changing calendars. Make priority calls on whose time matters most, not just where the open slots are.

  • Plan domestic and international travel, including trips to hospitals, partners, and life science customers.

  • Join your executive’s meetings, capture notes and action items live, and follow up until they close.

  • Track your executive’s priorities, commitments, and deadlines across the business. Surface what is at risk before it becomes a problem.

  • Assist your executive in preparing materials utilizing Google Suite: Docs, Sheets, Slides and other presentations, and memos delivered on time and in good shape.

  • Design and help run your executive’s offsites, leadership meetings, and team events that people remember.

  • Build AI-powered workflows that remove manual work for your executives, such as meeting summaries, briefs, and follow-up tracking. Share what works with the other EAs.

  • Keep a steady, trusted flow of correspondence, expenses, research, and logistics.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion, including sensitive people and business matters.

  • Back up other executives and support People Team initiatives as needed.

You'll Love This Job If...
  • You stay one step ahead and know what your executive needs before they ask.

  • You use judgment and speak up. You push back on a calendar request when it doesn't serve the exec's priorities.

  • You'd rather build an AI workflow than repeat a manual task.

  • You stay calm when priorities change in the middle of the day.

  • You earn trust quickly and keep it.

  • You like working across time zones with a global team.

  • You care about the mission of getting patients faster, better care.

Requirements
  • 5+ years supporting more than one C-level executive or VP, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.

  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel, and priorities for multiple executives at once.

  • AI fluency in daily work. You use tools like Claude and ChatGPT to streamline workflows and keep learning as they evolve. This is how you operate, not a skill you plan to pick up.

  • Strong G-Suite skills. Slack and Brex experience preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Experience working with global, remote teams. Flexible hours may be needed to cover US and Israel time zones.

  • Sound judgment with confidential information.

Nice to Have
  • Experience planning executive offsites and leadership events.

  • Experience building or documenting workflows and automations for an executive team.

Why should you join us?
  • If you are looking to make an impact, we are mission-driven and are making a difference in peoples’ lives every day.

  • If you want to be a part of an amazing team , our people are the heart of everything we do.

  • If you are a self-starter and naturally motivated, our work is driven by curiosity, innovation and team collaboration which allows us to leverage our skills immeasurably.

We are a remote-first company across the U.S. and EU, with a team in Tel Aviv operating in a flexible hybrid model, conveniently located near a train line.
