NVIDIA is looking for an experienced event leader to plan and deliver high-profile events for our CEO and senior executives. From global keynotes such as GTC and CES to executive meetings and multi-event trips, this role is responsible for crafting experiences that represent NVIDIA at its best. The ideal candidate combines event strategy with strong execution. This person will lead multiple events at once, build on event formats and audience experience, anticipate challenges, and work closely with executives, internal teams, agencies, and production partners.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead NVIDIA’s CEO and executive events from concept through execution, including global keynotes, executive meetings, partner engagements, and other high-profile appearances.

  • Own the end-to-end event plan, including timelines, budgets, venues, production, security, transportation, executive movements, rehearsals, and onsite execution, ensuring every detail comes together.

  • Manage CEO trips and multi-event travel, coordinating sequential engagements across locations, audiences, and formats while accounting for schedule changes, dependencies, and contingencies.

  • Shape event format and audience experience, partnering with executive communications, marketing, production, creative, security, and other teams to determine how each event should come to life.

  • Lead agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams, setting clear expectations, driving decisions, resolving issues, and keeping multiple high-visibility events moving at the same time.

  • Partner closely with senior executives and their teams, anticipating needs, preparing for changes, and applying sound judgment to create consistent, memorable NVIDIA executive experiences.

What We Need to See:

  • 8+ years of experience producing executive, corporate, or high-profile events

  • Experience leading multiple complex events and priorities

  • Experience partnering with C-suite executives or senior leaders

  • Strong critical thinking, judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors

  • Ability to travel for week-long periods approximately five to six times per year

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Ways to Stand Out from the crowd:

  • Experience producing global keynotes, major product launches, or other large-scale events is a plus. We’d also love to see experience advising senior leaders, developing event strategy, or building and improving event programs.

  • Bring a creative point of view and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Help us create the moments people remember!
