  • Build a collaborative culture by meeting with sales leadership on a weekly cadence
  • Drive engagement for target accounts through a mix of in-person and virtual events as well as other field marketing activities
  • Manage end-to-end event execution including but not limited to sharpening messaging, audience acquisition, event experience, logistic management, sales enablement, and post-event lead management
  • Utilize the tech stack (SFDC, Metabase, Demandbase, Marketo, Tableau) to continuously identify trends and insights. Apply learnings to increase engagement with target accounts to reduce no-show rates, and increase post-activity conversion
  • Quarterly forecast and budget management
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing to support Datadog’s signature events - DASH, our annual user conference, our global roadshow: Datadog Summits, and our Datadog Live series.
  • Support field and ancillary programs at large sponsored events, including RSA, Google Cloud Next, and AWS re:Invent
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products, market position, competition, partner network, sales cycle, and ideal customer profile (ICP)

Who You Are:

  • Individual who thrives on producing a high-volume of field activities per quarter
  • Possess a team-oriented approach that ensures seamless alignment across the organization
  • Ability to analyze, package, and present key learnings
  • 7+ years of relevant marketing experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Deadline-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Experience with Marketo, Demandbase, Jira, CRM (Salesforce), Google Suite, project management and enablement workflows
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Benefits and Growth:

  • Best-in-class benefits
  • New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan
  • Continuous career development and pathing opportunities

  • Internal mentor and buddy program cross-departmentally
  • Friendly and inclusive workplace culture
