This is a high-leverage role reporting to our Head of Strategic Finance, with direct exposure to our CFO/COO, CRO, and CMO. You'll be the finance partner the GTM org leans on for the decisions that matter: where to invest the next dollar, what's working in our revenue engine, and what isn't. You'll be in the room shaping the strategy and translating business complexity into decisions executives can act on.

You'll join a lean, high-caliber Strategic Finance team. The people here come from top-tier investing, consulting, and operating backgrounds, and we have a builder mentality. We've fostered an environment where you'll sharpen your judgment quickly and own work that influences how Front scales for years to come.

What will you be doing?

  • Serve as the lead finance partner to GTM leadership (CRO, CMO, and their staffs), driving the planning, forecasting, and analytical work that shapes how we invest in growth

  • Build the analytical frameworks for the highest-stakes GTM investment decisions, leading the analysis that decodes our revenue engine: sales productivity, pipeline conversion, CAC and payback, retention and expansion economics, marketing efficiency, and segment-level unit economics

  • Help define the next generation of how we work in finance: apply an AI-first mindset to move work out of spreadsheets and into automated workflows in AI-first tools, unlocking the team for deeper strategic partnership

  • Identify risks and opportunities ahead of leadership; the role isn't to report what happened, it's to see what's coming and shape the response

  • Co-own GTM financial planning end-to-end with the Head of Strategic Finance: annual forecasting, headcount and capacity planning, pipeline-to-ARR modeling, and the long-range plan

  • Build the operating cadence and reporting infrastructure that makes GTM performance legible across the company, and partner with RevOps, Data, and Accounting to scale it

What skills and experience do you need?

  • 7+ years across strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with meaningful time spent partnering with or analyzing GTM organizations

  • You thrive in highly analytical environments: excellent financial modeling skills, and a love of translating data into recommendations that move the business

  • Accuracy and confidence under pace: you move fast without sacrificing the rigor that makes finance recommendations trustworthy

  • Fluency in SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR/GRR, pipeline coverage, sales capacity and productivity

  • An AI-first builder mentality: you reach for automation before manual work; you want to land in the cohort of finance professionals who define what the function looks like five years from now

  • Strong executive communication: you turn messy, ambiguous questions into clear answers that change what leaders decide to do

  • A self-starter operating style for ambiguous, cross-functional work: comfort with imperfect information, an instinct for figuring out where the data lives and who the key stakeholders are, to develop an initial strategy without waiting for a playbook

Front operates on a hybrid model — we come together in the office each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to collaborate and stay connected.
