As our Senior Financial Analyst, you will help measure results and drive financial insights that influence strategic business decisions. You’ll be a key resource for analyzing net revenue trends and delivering high-impact analytics for executive leadership. Every day, you will develop and maintain net revenue models to analyze period-over-period changes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate reporting and insights. To thrive in this role, you must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Senior Financial Analyst:

  • Own monthly net revenue reporting and provide operating and financial variance analyses to drive strategic business decisions.

  • Compiling and interpreting large sets of healthcare data for alternative performance reviews as well as ad hoc reporting.

  • Prepare and review calculations across multiple revenue streams to support short- and long-range revenue forecasts.

  • Develop process solutions through automation, standardization, and innovation to enhance efficiency.

  • Respond to high-priority executive-level requests with timely, accurate, and actionable analytics.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field OR combination of education and relevant work experience

  • Work experience in a corporate financial analysis or similar role where you delivered actionable insights and process improvements

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with SQL and Power BI

  • You should be comfortable working with large datasets, presenting insights to senior stakeholders, and adapting quickly to evolving business needs

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $61,357.00 - $110,424.03 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
