Role Description

We are looking to hire a Senior FP&A & Treasury Strategy Analyst to join a growing team of finance and accounting professionals. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing financial insights to stakeholders, supporting planning and forecasting activities, and contributing to the build and development of FP&A tools - with a core focus on bank balance sheet modeling, capital allocation, and regulatory ratio calculations.

In this role you will:

  • Familiarity with forward flow, ABS-style structures

  • Incorporate regulatory capital and liquidity ratio considerations (e.g., LCR, NSFR, CET1, Tier 1 Leverage) into integrated financial planning, stress testing, and scenario analysis.

  • Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning

  • Perform variance analysis to identify financial discrepancies and provide insights

  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness through data cleansing and quality assurance procedures

  • Build and prepare reports to communicate financial findings and recommendations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support financial planning initiatives

  • Build and improve cashflow planning processes and analytics

  • Support the development of cost allocations and profitability analytics

  • Clearly communicate financial data and analysis to stakeholders

  • Document financial models and assumptions to ensure transparency and maintain institutional knowledge

  • Demonstrate a mindset that balances operational excellence and continuous improvement

  • Prepare ad hoc financial reporting and analysis as needed to support decision-making

  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Treasury, or Asset-Liability Management (ALM) - ideally within a Corporate Treasury division at a major financial institution or a high-growth Fintech preferred

  • Deep proficiency in balance sheet modeling, including interest rate risk (IRRBB), capital planning, and bank regulatory frameworks.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • Experience building and maintaining financial models

  • Skilled at analyzing financial data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with additional skills in FP&A software like Vena and use of AI software preferred

  • Intellectually curious

  • Strong attention to detail, judgment, and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
