.What will you do everyday?

  • Finance Business Partner to Suki’s business lines
  • Complex and dynamic forecasting and business modeling for the Suki business lines
  • Complex “Deal Desk” type pricing and gross margin analysis
  • Business Case Modeling for future business investment
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement - work with functional/business line leaders to execute on those opportunities
  • Work closely with Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations and Accounting to effectively scale quote to cash processes and tools
  • Will need to collaborate at a high level with Commercial leaders on revenue, pricing, customer strategy, ROI, commissions, engineering services, customer success and tech support.  Product and tech leaders on product, infrastructure and support costs.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement - work with functional/business line leaders to execute on those opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience: (5-7 years) at a complex, scaling, SaaS business, ideally some healthcare tech experience
  • Deep modeling expertise, must be and expert in excel 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree Required; MS preferred.
  • Must live in the SFBAY region and be in office approximately 5 days per week

In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $145,000 - $165,000 in CA.  This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
