We are a multicultural, distributed and flexible team, where autonomy, trust and responsibility are key. We believe in long-term collaborations and in creating an environment where people can contribute ideas, grow professionally and maintain a real work-life balance.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Freelance Graphic Designer, specialized in digital design and landing pages, who can independently translate concepts and business goals into effective visual solutions, without the need for detailed instructions.

This role requires a strong digital mindset, solid experience in web and landing page design, and the ability to understand the target audience and design accordingly.

This is a project-based collaboration, with a real possibility of extension depending on results.

Responsibilities

  • Translate ideas, messages and business objectives into clear, attractive, conversion-oriented designs.

  • Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines and target audience.

  • Deliver designs ready for web implementation.

Requirements
  • Solid experience as a Senior Graphic Designer in digital environments.

  • Proven experience in landing page and web design.

  • High level of autonomy: able to work without step-by-step guidance.

  • Strong ability to understand project goals and target audiences.

  • Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).

Conditions
  • Contract type: Freelance

  • Project type: Short-term project, with possibility of extension.

  • Hourly rate: USD 20 – 25, depending on experience.

  • 100% remote work.

  • Flexible schedule, focused on deliverables.

How to apply
  • A portfolio with real examples of landing pages or web projects is required.

  • The portfolio must include proven experience in digital projects, such as SaaS, digital services or digital products.

  • Applications without a relevant portfolio will not be considered.
