ABOUT US:

Brisk Teaching is the leading AI platform for K-12 educators, empowering teachers to deliver personalized, curriculum-aligned instruction at scale. Our Classroom Intelligence tools connect teachers, students, and curriculum—making meaningful learning happen in classrooms every day. We believe the best technology is cutting-edge, respects teachers’ time, integrates into real classrooms, and helps educators focus on what matters most.

Since launching, Brisk has experienced rapid growth. Over 2 million teachers use our platform, and we partner with districts and schools nationwide to transform how educators teach and how students learn.

We're backed by leading venture and edtech investors including Bessemer Venture Partners (Shopify, LinkedIn, Anthropic, Perplexity) and Owl Ventures (Newsela, Quizlet, MasterClass), with a team spanning top AI companies and real classroom experience.

We're a fast-moving, collaborative team driven by a shared commitment to educator impact and product excellence. Our values—urgency, ownership, and focus—shape how we build and who we are.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketer who is equal parts creative, data-driven, and deeply technical - someone who loves building, testing, and shipping growth ideas from concept to conversion.

This is a senior individual contributor role that will define and lead Brisk’s growth roadmap. You’ll shape experiments and engines that reach millions of teachers worldwide. You’ll be both the architect and the operator - building scalable, automated growth engines and executing hands-on across Webflow, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Posthog, and analytics tools to launch, test, and optimize end to end.

You’ll work across teacher and administrator audiences, leading data-driven experimentation that moves the needle on installs, activation, and engagement - ensuring Brisk doesn’t just grow fast, but delivers real value to every educator who discovers us.

YOU WILL:

Build and lead the growth roadmap

  • Own Brisk’s full-funnel teacher growth strategy - designing, building, and iterating the technical systems, experiments, and optimizations that drive acquisition, activation, and retention.

  • Prioritize and move fast - tracking metrics daily, pivoting when needed, and doubling down on what works.

  • Partner with Product, Lifecycle, and Field Marketing to align growth experiments with product launches and market moments.

  • Collaborate closely with Content, Brand, and Community Marketing to amplify experiments, integrate campaigns, and ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels.

Design and execute creative, high-impact experiments

  • Ideate, test, and scale bold growth experiments that blend data, psychology, and storytelling to drive measurable results.

  • Run A/B tests, landing page optimizations, referral incentives, and viral loops to boost reach and conversion.

  • Balance scrappy experimentation with building durable growth systems that compound over time.

Operationalize scalable growth systems

  • Build automated, repeatable growth engines across owned channels (web, email, in-product, referral, etc.).

  • Build and maintain tracking, automation, and attribution infrastructure across Webflow, HubSpot, Posthog, and analytics tools - owning the technical setup needed to test, measure, and scale growth initiatives quickly.

  • Set up clear measurement frameworks and attribution models to connect every effort directly to business outcomes.

Drive activation and engagement

  • Partner with Product and Lifecycle Marketing to drive deeper product adoption and continued use.

  • Use behavioral data to identify friction points, surface “aha” moments, and turn new users into active, retained advocates.

Be the data pulse of growth

  • Monitor key growth metrics relentlessly - including sign ups, activation rates, funnel conversion, and retention - to spot opportunities, identify patterns early, and act fast on what’s moving the needle.

  • Build dashboards or automated reports to track trends, inform priorities, and communicate insights clearly to leadership.

  • Own the experimentation backlog, learnings, and performance reporting across the growth function.

YOU HAVE:
  • 6–10 years of experience in growth marketing, ideally in EdTech.

  • Proven track record running experiments that delivered measurable, scalable growth.

  • Deep technical fluency with growth and marketing systems - comfortable building automations, custom integrations, event tracking, and dashboards using Webflow, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and analytics tools (Posthog and GA4 experience preferred).

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset - you know what to measure, how to test it, and which levers to pull.

  • A creative, builder mentality - you can go from idea → mockup → execution → optimization without heavy handholding.

  • Excellent collaboration skills - you thrive working across marketing, product, and data teams.

  • A bias toward action, iteration, and learning - you test, measure, pivot, and repeat.

  • A passion for education and helping teachers and schools unlock time and impact with AI.

WHY THIS ROLE?:
  • You’ll own growth end to end at a fast-scaling AI edtech startup.

  • You’ll work with a creative, data-driven, and mission-focused team that values both hustle and heart.

  • Remote-first culture, flexible hours, and meaningful work that makes a difference in classrooms.
