SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join our GTM Strategic Initiatives Team, contributing to the areas of Product, Alliances, and Integrations. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager of GTM Strategy and Planning and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders crossing Revenue, Operations, Product, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will have both the ability to understand the strategic vision and goals of the company while translating that to day-to-day program execution. This role will help to execute a wide range of projects and interact with many different stakeholders within Wiz, so strong communication, organization, and quantitative reasoning skills are key requirements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly impact Wiz's growth and innovation while learning more about driving strategic programs and execution within a fast-growing environment.

Collaboration with key GTM teams, including Sales, Channel, Revenue Operations, Finance, GTM Enablement, and Product Marketing, is essential to drive organizational success and enhance our go-to-market strategies and will be key in this role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Impact Large Cross-Functional Initiatives: Develop and partner on comprehensive project plans to support large-scale corporate initiatives, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration and success. This includes aligning with company goals, coordinating timelines, and managing resources to achieve success and maximize impact. 
    • Example Initiatives: New Product Launches, New External Program Launches, Merger and Acquisition Operationalization, Sales Program Launches, etc.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze program performance, penetration, and effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  • Sales Enablement: Support the development and distribution of guidelines, sales tools, and training materials to enable sales teams to effectively understand and act on large-scale corporate initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Enablement, Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams to drive cohesive go-to-market strategies and support organizational success. Report progress and alert teams and leadership to any potential roadblocks or challenges proactively.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, operations, project management, or business analysis, with a proven track record of working cross-functionally and discovering business insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior work experience in SaaS companies and/or management consulting; familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is a bonus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to extract insights from large sets of data.
  • Strong business acumen and intuition, essential for proactively partnering with stakeholders across the company to support strategic initiatives. 
  • Ability to adapt and maintain high-quality standards in a complex and evolving environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility under pressure. 
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting, managing tight deadlines, and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently. 
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce required, proficiency in Tableau/SQL is a plus.

Compensation + Benefits 

Compensation for this full-time position includes base salary + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.

US Base Pay Range
$112,000$154,000 USD
