About CodeRabbit

CodeRabbit is an innovative research and development company focused on building extraordinarily productive human-machine collaboration systems. Our primary goal is to create the next generation of Gen AI-driven code reviewers: a symbiotic partnership between humans and advanced algorithms that significantly outperforms individual engineers. We combine language models with human ingenuity to push the boundaries of software development efficiency and quality.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior GTM Systems Engineer to be the technical expert behind our revenue systems. You'll join the newly established Business Systems function and take ownership of architecture and engineering: Salesforce, the surrounding GTM tooling, and the agentic automation layer that ties it together. You're equal parts builder and operator, and you reach for AI agents to do in an afternoon what used to take a team sprints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evolve and harden a fast-growing Salesforce org, paying down systems debt and strengthening the data model to support the company's next stage of scale.

  • Own CodeRabbit's Salesforce instance end-to-end, including automation and custom development (Apex, Flows, integrations), as both a hands-on admin and developer.

  • Use agentic coding tools like Claude Code to design, prototype, and ship GTM workflows and internal tooling at startup speed.

  • Build and maintain automation across the full GTM stack (CRM, enrichment, outreach, CPQ/billing, analytics) so that systems, not manual effort, drive the revenue motion.

  • Strengthen data models, validation, and integrations so pipeline reporting, forecasting, and AI use cases rest on reliable data.

  • Translate ambiguous problems from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into clean, repeatable, well-documented systems, and partner with the broader Revenue Operations team to share context and raise the technical bar.

Qualifications
  • Deep, hands-on experience as both a Salesforce developer and administrator (Apex, Flows, data modeling, integrations).

  • Proven track record scaling and re-architecting a complex Salesforce org as a company grows.

  • Proficiency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, with a history of using AI to ship workflows the business runs on.

  • Broad systems and process expertise across the GTM stack, with a strong grasp of how revenue tooling connects end-to-end.

  • A genuine love for ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage, hyper-growth startup; you bring structure to ambiguity.

  • Strong bias for action, ownership instinct, and the judgment to know when to build for now versus build to scale.

  • Strong written and verbal communication; you can make complex systems and tradeoffs clear to GTM leaders and technical peers alike.

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience as a Salesforce administrator or developer.

  • Experience as a senior or technical-lead RevOps/GTM Systems hire on a small team.

  • Familiarity with developer-tools or technical B2B SaaS go-to-market.

  • Experience building or scaling agentic workflows for sales and marketing teams.

  • Exposure to enrichment, outreach, CPQ/billing, and BI platforms across the GTM ecosystem.

The target salary for this role is $185k-$200k, plus equity
