The team is ambitious, impact-driven, efficient — and we believe humility, kindness, and compassion are essential to our success. If you're energized by velocity, obsessed with raising the bar, and want to build alongside people who care deeply about each other and our customers, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior GTM Systems Engineer to help build the systems and infrastructure behind Hightouch's go-to-market organization.

This is a broad, hands-on role spanning Salesforce, quote-to-cash, GTM tooling, data, integrations, and internal applications. You'll own meaningful systems problems from design through implementation and work directly with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and RevOps to dramatically improve the way we operate.

You'll be joining a team that is thinking aggressively about what GTM systems look like in an AI-native world. We use AI every day to build faster, rethink workflows that were designed before modern AI existed, automate work that shouldn't be manual, and develop better internal tools.

We're looking for someone who gets excited by that, and will help lead AI transformations within the team.

What You'll Do
  • Own major GTM systems projects end to end, from understanding the business problem through architecture, implementation, rollout, and iteration.
  • Lead a major evolution of our quote-to-cash infrastructure across CPQ, pricing and packaging, approvals, contracting, and billing handoffs.
  • Build systems that can support increasingly complex enterprise deals, including usage-based pricing, multi products, ramp structures, amendments, and custom terms.
  • Build internal tooling and automation that makes Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and RevOps more effective.
  • Use AI as part of how you work, whether that's writing and testing automation, building internal applications, analyzing systems, migrating data, documenting architecture, or automating operational workflows.
  • Bring strong engineering practices to GTM systems, including testing, version control, sandbox discipline, monitoring, and thoughtful system design.
  • Work directly with GTM and Finance leaders to understand problems, make tradeoffs, and decide what we should build next.
Who You Are
  • You've spent 3-5 years building and owning systems for a modern GTM organization.
  • You're deeply fluent in Salesforce and understand data models, automation, permissions, integrations, and how systems start to break as companies scale.
  • You have meaningful quote-to-cash experience and have worked with CPQ.
  • You naturally look for ways to use AI in your work and are excited about how it changes the Systems function itself.
  • You're a builder. Given a messy business problem, you like figuring out what should exist and then making it real.
  • You can move between technical implementation and conversations with Sales, Finance, or Operations without needing someone else to translate.
  • You care about the durability of what you build. Good enough to launch isn't good enough if nobody can understand or maintain it six months later.
Compensation

Hightouch's on-target earnings range for this position is $190,000 - $240,000 USD per year. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options and offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.

E-Verify Statement

Hightouch participates in E-Verify. After you join the team, we'll verify your eligibility to work in the U.S. by submitting information from your Form I-9 to the Social Security Administration and, if needed, the Department of Homeland Security. This process happens post-hire only — we never use E-Verify to pre-screen applicants.
