The role in one line

We're looking for an exceptional, hungry GTM recruiter to help put incident.io on the map in SF. Someone who loves the thrill of the hunt, has an eye for top talent, and comes up with creative ways to get in front of the best people, from clever outbound campaigns and world-class events to massive billboards across the city.

What that looks like day to day

We've built an incredible reputation in London and we've built one of the best teams in the city. Now we want to do the same in SF.

We've got around 35 people in SF today, and we're planning to grow that significantly. It's a huge priority for us and a big challenge, so we need an insane talent team to pull it off.

You'll partner with our CRO and Sale Leaders to find and hire the best talent in the world. You'll have loads of ownership, plenty of freedom to try new things, and the chance to play a big part in scaling a rocketship.

We're not a team that just posts jobs and waits for applications. We love getting creative. In London, we've thrown events, built cool branding campaigns, and even set up coffee kiosks to get in front of people we want to hire.

Now we want to go bigger. Think world-class events, run clubs, billboards, brilliant swag, creative partnerships, and whatever else gets people talking about incident.io. We want someone who brings energy, ideas and a bit of hustle. Someone who loves the chase and gets a real buzz out of finding exceptional talent.

Who you are
  • You're an exceptional GTM recruiter who's hungry to grow. You've got experience getting in front of top reps.

  • You're a go-getter. You've got loads of energy, you're resourceful, and you make things happen. You don't need someone telling you what to do, you love taking ownership and figuring things out.

  • You've got an eye for talent. You can spot exceptional people, ask great questions, and see potential that others might miss. You've got great instincts and high standards.

  • You love the thrill of the hunt. You get a buzz out of finding brilliant people, getting creative with sourcing, building relationships and convincing someone who's not looking to take a conversation.

  • You're creative. You've got big ideas about how to get in front of great talent, whether that's an amazing event, a clever campaign, or something nobody's tried before.

We don't mind whether you're coming from agency or in-house. We're looking for someone with serious drive, great instincts, and a track record of hiring exceptional people. If you're ambitious, love getting creative, and want to help build something special in SF, you'll love it here.

Supporting you

We work hard and we think life outside work matters just as much. Our benefits pack is built to support both.

  • Market-leading private medical insurance. The proper kind, so you're never weighing up your health against a bill.

  • Competitive PTO. Showing up at your best requires switching off, and we make sure you have time to do that.

  • First Friday of every month off. Yes, seriously.

  • Enhanced 401k. We put real money in, because future-you deserves better than an afterthought.

  • Meaningful equity. We're rapidly scaling, and everyone who helps shape the outcome should share in it.

  • Unlimited AI spend. For everyone, not just engineers. We're all-in on AI across the company, and we expect you to be too.

  • Generous parental leave. The early days with a new baby matter more than anything we're doing here, and we want you to be present for them.

  • Two budgets that have your back. $1000 to invest in your setup, $500 a year to invest in yourself.
