You’ll partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to turn complex or evolving problems into clear, effective learning solutions aligned to organizational goals. While this position includes individual content development, it is not solely a production-focused role. • Expertise in instructional design software (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia) and learning management system (LMS).
  • Skills
    • Ability to balance creativity with consistency and process, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and instructional principles.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
    • Proficiency in Google Workplace, Microsoft and project management programs.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Attributes:
