Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Integrated Product Team Lead (Level 3) to join the Space Electronics Programs team in El Segundo, CA!
Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Leads development of the project architecture and top level plans for a project.
  • Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers.
  • Facilitates the resolution of project issues.
  • Supports the program manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics.
  • Integrates the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices.
  • Implements customer and program communication and contact plans.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post-Start is required.
This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience with integrated schedules
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results
  • 1+ years of experience working with the planning & scheduling processes, cost analysis, and EVMS

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Technical manufacturing experience in the field of Digital/Power and RF electronics in a space environment
  • Experience in creating integrated schedules encompassing design, manufacturing, equipment and resource requirements
  • Experience leading a team who executed government required Earned Value Management (EVM)

Summary pay range:
$101,150 - $136,850
