About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager within the Branch System & Transformation Organization of Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL) business. This role will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of sales and servicing capabilities that support frontline Business Bankers and Business Relationship Managers. The successful candidate will serve as the product leader for critical platforms leveraging Salesforce technologies, Micro Front End (MFE) architecture, and enterprise digital capabilities.
This individual will partner with business leaders, technology teams, Agile practitioners, architects, and key stakeholders to define product roadmaps, drive delivery, and ensure solutions meet the evolving needs of the Business Banking teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong product management expertise, deep Agile experience, and the ability to influence across a highly matrixed organization.

In this role, you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities for highly complex digital capabilities supporting Business and Merchant Services.
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
- Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
- Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience managing complex enterprise digital products or platforms.
- 4+ years of experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
- 3+ years of experience supporting Salesforce products, capabilities, or platform integrations.
- 3+ years of experience managing product roadmaps, product backlogs, and prioritization activities.
- 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional technology teams, including engineering, architecture, UX, and operations.
- Experience within Business Banking, Commercial Banking, or Financial Services.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.
- Experience supporting Micro Front End (MFE) architectures and modern digital platforms.
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation or modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and banker workflow optimization.
- Experience leveraging analytics and customer insights to inform product strategy.
- SAFe Agile, Scrum Product Owner, or Agile Product Management certifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience presenting recommendations and influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work in office 3 days a week.
