In this role, you will support and enhance Pega 1:1 Operations Manager, a business-driven workflow and change management application within the Pega Customer Decision Hub ecosystem. This platform empowers non-technical teams to create, manage, and deploy customer engagement strategies-including offers, treatments, and policies-through structured change requests.
Pega Ops Manager serves as the operational control layer between business intent and decisioning execution. It provides a governed framework to plan, build, review, and release Next Best Action (NBA) strategies into production, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of personalized customer experiences. This role plays a critical part in bridging business needs with technical execution, enabling scalable, controlled, and compliant customer engagement strategies.

As a key member of the team, you will:
- Partner closely with the Product Owner to support strategic initiatives and special projects
- Capture and document business requirements, timelines, and expected outcomes for key initiatives
- Ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for agile delivery
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams including business, strategy, QA, and technology partners
- Validate that completed work meets acceptance criteria, quality standards, and control requirements
- Help drive operational efficiency and agility in delivering customer engagement capabilities
- Support production publishing activities/reporting
- JIRA Dashboarding/Reporting activities
- Represent Operations Manager on special projects, capturing notes, facilitating decisions, tracking timelines, and understanding possible impacts/integrations with the current system.
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives with enterprise-wide impact, incorporating Agile delivery practices such as backlog readiness, stakeholder alignment, and measurable delivery outcomes.
- Act as a key participant in large-scale planning efforts, partnering across product, technology, UX, and operations to support integrated delivery, dependency management, and aligned sequencing of work.
- Review and analyze complex digital strategies related to product, functionality, and experience areas, translating strategic intent into clear priorities, delivery plans, and actionable backlog items.
- Influence digital strategy for the business line through in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including emerging technologies, user feedback, delivery insights, and unprecedented or intangible considerations.
- Make informed decisions impacting digital strategy for product, functionality, and experience areas, applying strong understanding of business objectives, policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and risk considerations throughout execution.
- Lead and guide a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives, serving as a key decision maker during Agile execution, supporting delivery ceremonies, leveraging approved GenAI tools, and collaborating with peers and senior leaders to achieve shared goals.
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience with Digital Channel banking experience
- Experience with Agentic software solutioning
- Experience with PEGA Platform Experience
- Experience with leveraging modern, AI-enabled Agile ways of working, using approved tools to improve backlog quality, story definition, and delivery efficiency while communicating clearly with business and technology partners.
- Strong capability in writing and refining user stories and acceptance criteria, partnering closely with analysts and delivery teams to ensure clarity, testability, and alignment with business outcomes.
- Hands-on delivery leadership within Scrum or Agile teams, acting as the primary business decision maker during sprint planning, execution, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Proven experience coordinating across Agile teams and stakeholders, actively managing dependencies, sequencing, and cross-team alignment to support integrated delivery.
- Experience leading digital products built on middleware, APIs, and microservice-based architectures.
- Strong understanding of data management practices, including data quality standards, data movement, and enterprise data integrations.
- Experience partnering with or operating in risk-managed, regulated environments, including audit, business controls, or compliance.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and offer management platforms, such as Adobe (AEM, Target, Audience) or comparable enterprise solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with product technology, engineering, and architecture partners to deliver scalable solutions.
- Experience defining and managing product roadmaps, epics, and backlogs using agile or hybrid delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Experience with product and delivery management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Exposure to AI-enabled product capabilities or tools (including Copilot or similar technologies) is a plus.
- Experience working across authenticated digital channels (web and mobile), supporting personalization, experimentation, or optimization efforts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Consumer Lending experience
