Senior/Lead UX, Designer – CA, USA

Seeking a Senior to Lead level UX Designer for our Rapid Experimentation Program. This is a hands-on role with rapid iterations of designs to optimize our Ecommerce site experience and drive big business impacts! Must have experience in Ecommerce (product lists, product page, checkout, search and navigation, etc.) and passion for site optimization and experimentation. You’ll work closely with a team of data analysts and bring a strong UX POV to the table. Requires excellent communication, organization and presentation skills to thrive in a fast-paced team. This role is onsite in our SF Office with option to work from home on Fridays. 


  • Strong visual and interaction design (using Figma)
  • Ability to rapidly produce multiple design solutions for experiments
  • Proven record of impactful optimization improvements
  • Strong organizational skills to manage fast-paced schedule and project work
  • At least 5 years experience working in Ecommerce with deep understanding of what drives Ecommerce KPIs
  • Able to contribute to a strategic vision for Ecommerce improvements
  • Excellent communicator and presenter
