Based in Atlanta, with additional offices in Dallas, Chicago, New York, Orange County, Sacramento, and San Diego, MHS has a strong presence across major U.S. cities, providing its attorneys with robust professional development and career growth opportunities.

MHS is seeking a senior associate and/or of counsel to primarily defending wage and hour class and PAGA actions.  Candidates must have significant experience litigating wage and hour class and PAGA claims and must have excellent writing and legal analysis skills.  Our attorneys generally work collaboratively as a team on class and PAGA matters, and the expectation is for a senior associate and/or of counsel to be able to provide meaningful contribution to strategic decision-making and handling of advanced tasks.

Salary: $190,000 - $300,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of wage and hour litigation experience, including significant class and PAGA litigation
  • Active California State Bar admission
  • JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong research skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
