Job Description Summary:

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
See’s is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Senior Manager, Benefits & Total Rewards, to lead and modernize our benefits function and help shape a more integrated total rewards strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a role with significant impact: rebuilding core processes, strengthening operations, and evolving how we deliver value to employees through thoughtful, competitive, and well-executed rewards programs.
You’ll bring both operational excellence and strategic thinking—ensuring programs run seamlessly today while helping design what they should look like tomorrow
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $165,000- $185,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Job Description:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Benefits Operations

  • Own end-to-end administration of all health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs
  • Drive a seamless, high-quality employee experience, including open enrollment and ongoing support
  • Oversee leave-of-absence programs and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations

Rebuild & Strengthen the Function

  • Establish and standardize policies, processes, and documentation
  • Identify gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and service delivery
  • Build structure and discipline across the benefits function

Expand Total Rewards Capabilities

  •  Support and evolve compensation programs, including pay structures and job architecture
  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure offers are competitive and equitable
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to inform decisions

Manage Vendors & Costs

  • Lead relationships with brokers, carriers, and external partners
  • Support renewals, negotiations, and vendor performance management
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis

Drive Strategy & Insights

  • Develop reporting and analytics to inform decision-making
  • Partner cross-functionally to align rewards programs with business goals
  • Enhance employee communications to improve understanding and engagement

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of management experience in benefits, compensation, or total rewards
  • Strong expertise in benefits administration and compliance
  • Working knowledge of compensation principles and structures
  • Experience improving or rebuilding processes in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
