In the role of Senior Manager of Business Operations, you will join a proactive team dedicated to preparing our data center ecosystem and infrastructure. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to work alongside ecosystem and data center infrastructure partners. What you'll be doing:

  • Lead partner-facing efforts to guarantee data center infrastructure readiness aligns with planned deployment, expansion, and time-to-market commitments.

  • Encourage strong cooperation between cloud and infrastructure partners to coordinate data center build plans, suggested vendor lists, equipment ordering lead times, and readiness for implementation.

  • Ensure partner deployments adhere to approved reference architectures, working closely with internal data center engineering teams.

  • Act as the primary point of coordination for tracking and resolving readiness issues, including material constraints, schedule misalignment, or execution gaps.

  • Partner with Operations to define and operationalize ecosystem readiness metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effects of architecture innovations on data center facility readiness, time-to-market, equipment, and supply chains.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ overall years of experience managing data center infrastructure readiness, or operational implementation

  • 5+ years of management experience

  • Proven ability to influence external partners and cross-functional teams in highly matrixed environments.

  • Solid grasp of data center infrastructure systems and their interconnections (power, cooling, racks, networking, energy), including components with long lead times and limited capacity.

  • Hands-on approach with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior leadership.

Ways to Stand Out From the Crowd:

  • Advanced engineering or business degree (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience supporting hyperscale cloud, collocation or AI-focused data center deployments.

  • Track record of building readiness dashboards, operating cadences, and risk-management mechanisms.

  • Ability to operate effectively across strategy, execution, and partner engagement.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
