You will sit at the center of campaign strategy, creative development, project management, and channel execution. You will translate UCANZ marketing priorities into clear campaign plans, briefs, workback schedules, asset requirements, and launch plans, ensuring campaigns are scoped, localized, approved, and delivered on time and on budget.

You will serve as a key campaign operations partner to UCANZ Growth and Marketing leadership. You will work closely with Creative Services, Project Management, User Acquisition, Social, Influencer Marketing, Lifecycle, Editorial, Content, Curation & Programming, and the Global Centers of Excellence.

Success requires exceptional organization, creative judgment, clear communication, and strong cross-functional leadership. You will navigate complex workflows, manage competing priorities, and translate regional needs into high-quality campaign execution for fans across UCANZ.

In the role of Senior Manager, Campaign Operations, UCANZ, you will report to the Senior Director, Brand & Community, UCANZ.

We are considering applicants for the locations of Los Angeles or Dallas.

  • Develop and manage workback schedules, milestone calendars, dependencies, review cycles, and launch readiness plans across multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Ensure campaign briefs are complete, cohesive, and aligned to objectives, audiences, title priorities, channels, markets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate regional and global stakeholders to maintain clarity, accountability, and momentum from kickoff through launch.
  • Anticipate risks, surface decisions, and proactively remove blockers that could affect quality, timing, or budget.

CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT & ASSET OPERATIONS

  • Partner with Creative Services and Project Management to define campaign asset suites across video, static, copy, social, digital, experiential, and other relevant formats.
  • Serve as a strategic and operational resource to Title Marketing and Brand Management during campaign development.
  • Consolidate feedback and coordinate internal, external, brand, creative, and licensor reviews to keep communication clear and efficient.
  • Ensure assets align with the campaign strategy, regional requirements, brand standards, platform specifications, and delivery timelines.
  • Support asset tracking, version control, production status, and final delivery across the campaign lifecycle.

REGIONAL LOCALIZATION & VERSIONING

  • Collect, document and prioritize localization, versioning, market and channel requirements across the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Translate regional insights and market needs into clear creative requests and execution plans for global and regional teams.
  • Coordinate approvals and ensure localized assets are accurate, culturally relevant, brand-compliant, and delivered in the required formats.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline regionalization, reduce duplication, and create scalable approaches to campaign adaptation.

CHANNEL & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ORCHESTRATION

  • Partner with User Acquisition, SVOD Marketing, Social, Influencer Marketing, Lifecycle, Editorial, and other channel teams to ensure cohesive full-funnel campaign execution.
  • Align campaign plans with content, product, partnership, promotional, and UCANZ region marketing launches.
  • Coordinate inputs from Content, Curation & Programming, Product, Analytics, Marketing Operations, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Maintain visibility into channel requirements, dependencies, open decisions, and launch readiness across the UCANZ campaign portfolio.
  • Facilitate weekly campaign check-ins and provide concise updates, action items, and escalation points to regional and global teams.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

  • Establish and maintain campaign documentation, trackers, status reporting, creative briefs, asset inventories, and shared sources of truth.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to improve workflows, tools, intake processes, review structures, and campaign governance.
  • Identify process gaps and implement practical improvements that increase speed, visibility, quality, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and resource planning to ensure campaign execution remains aligned with approved plans.
  • Develop reusable playbooks, templates, and best practices for UCANZ campaign planning and execution.

PERFORMANCE, REPORTING & LEARNING

  • Track campaign milestones, deliverables, launch readiness, risks, and post-launch follow-up across the regional portfolio.
  • Partner with Analytics and channel teams to organize performance reporting, campaign learnings, and recommendations.
  • Support post-campaign reviews that identify opportunities to improve process, creative effectiveness, localization, and channel execution.
  • Provide clear, executive-ready updates on progress, issues, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Mentor project partners and contribute to a collaborative, high-ownership, and solutions-oriented team culture.
  • Delegate effectively when appropriate while remaining willing to step into detailed execution when needed.
  • Share knowledge, tools, and best practices across UCANZ, Marketing Operations, Creative Services, and global teams.
