As a Senior Finance Manager in Corporate FP&A, you’ll support the enterprise-level consolidation of Disney’s Entertainment & Sports segments, partnering with senior finance leaders to deliver forecasts, operating plans, long-range plans, and strategic analyses that inform leadership decisions.

You’ll join a high-performing team that translates business performance and long-term strategy into materials for senior management and the Board, while driving continuous improvement in how the Company plans, forecasts, and communicates results.

What You’ll Do

•Lead financial planning deliverables for businesses within the Entertainment & Sports segments, including quarterly forecasts, annual operating plans, and long- range plans used by executive leadership and the Board of Directors

planning, capital allocation, and external financial messaging

What We’re Looking For

•8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Strategy, Consulting, or related finance roles

•High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, building financial presentations for

executives; experience with Cognos and Oracle EPM preferred

•Strong modeling background (P&L, cash flow, valuation, scenario planning)

•Proactive and strategic problem-solver who can identify issues, navigate

complexity, and propose impactful solutions

•Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of independently

leading complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams.

•Demonstrated ability to prepare materials for senior leadership and/or Board-

level audiences, with exceptional attention to detail

•Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly visible environment with competing

priorities and tight timelines

•Strong collaboration skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders

across finance and the business

•A self-starter who can drive transformation within the team

•Role requires working onsite 4 days per week

Why This Role?

This role offers direct exposure to enterprise-level decision-making, meaningful ownership over high-impact financial materials, and the opportunity to shape how Disney evaluates performance and strategy across two of its most important businesses.
