Senior Manager, Ecosystem Development

Job Overview:
The Hardware Ecosystem team within Arm's Cloud AI BU is looking for a dedicated individual contributor to define and implement strategies for building out a robust IHV ecosystem. In this role, you will be a key member of our team that engages with memory, IO, DPU, GPU and storage partners. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to prioritize partners, align partner roadmaps with future AGI SoC platforms, drive validation activities with IHV's on Arm's reference platforms, and lead pathfinding activities to influence AGI SoC platform definitions.
Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic partnerships with Cloud AI BU's IHV partners.
• Lead AVL validation program with IHV's and OxM's.
• Closely with Sourcing and Procurement on supply side and demand forecasts, and market analysis.
• Project management, including leading AVL operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• BS required with MS/MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of proven experience in marketing, business analysis, project management
• Strong technical background. Familiarly with memory suppliers is desirable
• Role requires ability to influence partners and internal teams
• Highly motivated problem solver with ability to work across teams to build consensus
• Experience interfacing at all levels of business - technical teams, business decision makers and executives
• Market analysis and strong business acumen
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Outstanding presentation skills - crafting content, delivering executive presentations and webinars and conference sessions

Salary Range:
$211,600-$286,200 per year
