Lead and scale education programs in a fast-growing fintech firm, managing a diverse team while enhancing learning strategies and driving profitable services.
The summary above was generated by AI

Are you a strategic learning and development leader who has built and scaled global training programs that drive measurable business outcomes across customer, partner, and employee communities? Do you enjoy designing high-impact education strategies that accelerate SaaS and AI product adoption while also driving a profitable, high-margin services offering? Are you eager to lead and grow a diverse team of education professionals while shaping the future of learning at a fast-growing fintech company? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.

As the Director of Education Services at Ridgeline, you will lead and scale a growing learning organization responsible for training CX employees, services partners, and customer end-users on our modern, enterprise-grade AI platform for investment and wealth management. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success and Education Services, you will oversee a high-performing team while shaping the strategy, structure, technology stack, and commercial model of Ridgeline’s evolving education offerings. You will design scalable programs, define success metrics, and ensure operational excellence to deliver meaningful customer outcomes and business impact. You will leverage modern learning methodologies and AI-enabled tools—including ChatGPT and Claude—to enhance program design, improve efficiency, and elevate learning experiences across our ecosystem.

At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture. If this excites you, we’d love to meet you.

You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

The impact you will have:
  • Define and execute the strategic vision for Education Services aligned to customer success and company growth

  • Lead and grow a team of instructors and content experts while fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration

  • Develop education services into a high-impact profit center with clear financial goals and measurable outcomes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment with product adoption and customer outcomes

  • Guide curriculum strategy and influence instructional design best practices

  • Build repeatable processes that improve quality, consistency, and scalability of program delivery

  • Hire, develop, and retain top talent while nurturing a transparent and growth-oriented team environment

  • Communicate strategy, progress, and insights with clarity across stakeholders

  • Identify and expand new revenue opportunities through innovative education offerings

  • Apply AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences and operational efficiency

  • Contribute to a resilient, driven, and forward-thinking culture that reflects Ridgeline’s values

What we look for:
  • 10+ years of experience building and scaling education programs within B2B SaaS organizations

  • Experience with investment management software or enterprise fintech platforms preferred

  • Demonstrated ownership of P&L or revenue-generating education services

  • Proven success defining and tracking KPIs such as adoption, ARR impact, and learner outcomes
