The Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales Strategy & Operations is responsible for driving operational strategy for our Enterprise Sales organization from pipeline (Sales Development) through to close. This person will think holistically about our Enterprise sales segment, spearhead cross-functional projects, and optimize our business workflows. Your key stakeholders will be the Directors & SVPs of Enterprise Sales Development and Enterprise Sales. This individual has a well-rounded background including analytical rigor, strategic project management, operational excellence, and senior-level stakeholder management. And this person will have a self-starter mentality to own multiple strategic & operational initiatives quickly and deliver outcomes.

What you’ll do: 

  • Oversee daily operations of and drive efficiencies within the Sales Operations functions including, KPI reporting, forecasting, capacity management, account assignment, and month-end close 
  • Lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the holistic Enterprise portfolio including key account engagement, automation & tooling, territory management, annual planning, etc.
  • Partner closely with our Sales Development and Sales leaders to help them understand performance trends, root causes, and help them improve and scale their operations 
  • Develop strategic initiatives and execution plans to improve Enterprise full-cycle sales performance
  • Collaborate with peers across Sales, RevOps, Finance, & Marketing to deliver insights and partner on large-scale projects or analysis
  • Operate in a hands-on manner to dive deep on analysis or systems, recognize hot spots, and develop solutions to ensure high quality results and improve decision making
  • Manage and develop a team of a few individuals covering Enterprise Sales Strategy & Operations

What you’ll bring:

  • 5-8 years of experience in high growth tech company Sales Ops and/or management consulting 
  • Functional experience in  operations/business operations/revops, strategy, and/or finance within the SaaS space is strongly preferred (experience working with Enterprise Sales is a plus)
  • 1-2+ years of leading and managing a team
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in excel or Gsheet modeling
  • Experience with SQL/data querying and Tableau or other data visualization tool preferred
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally on key projects to deliver results
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills that allow you to partner with VP+ leadership
  • Excitement to work in a fast-paced work environment tackling varied problems and evolving business circumstances
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter mentality ready to create things from the ground up
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • In-office presence in Glendale, CA 1 day/week

We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation, which may change over time. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws. For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role is Zone 1: $179,900 USD - $269,900 USD Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA Zone 2: $168,200 USD - $252,200 USD Applicable for: All other US locations. International Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package includes an annual bonus, equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
